Robin Arnold

CEO/Executive Director

I have dedicated my life to passionately uplifting, supporting, and empowering women. My inspiration stems from my personal journey as an African American woman, where I encountered numerous challenges and triumphed over them. My unyielding faith in Ephesians 2:10, which underscores the divine predestination of our destinies and the purposeful fulfillment of good works motivates my unwavering commitment.

Robin has 40 years of experience as a consultant, mentor, motivational and keynote speaker, and trainer for nonprofits. Robin has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director for the State of Alabama NAACP and three additional local nonprofits.

 

Her extensive background in management, strategic planning, policy and procedure development, curriculum development, grant writing, and organizational leadership is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, a Masters of Divinity, and a Masters in Nonprofit and Religious Organizational Leadership from Newburgh Theological Seminary. Dr. Arnold also holds a Ph.D. in Nonprofit and Religious Organizational Leadership and has shared her expertise as a public speaking instructor at Calhoun Community College and Oakwood University.

 

Robin is a sought-after professional nationwide and is honored to contribute to her community from her base in Huntsville.

Reneé Scruggs

Chief Operating Officer

As a disabled, African American, woman, I am dedicated to empowering other African American and disabled women. Having been severely injured in a car accident that left me permanently disabled, I am focused on equipping these women with the tools necessary to live productive, independent lives.

​

 

 

Reneé has accumulated a wealth of expertise, with over forty years in disability advocacy, thirty years in professional writing and office management, and twenty years of experience in creating business proposals. Additionally, she has successfully secured grants for nonprofits over the past four years. With a master’s in management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's in Communications, Ms. Scruggs is fully equipped to significantly contribute to business growth and sustainability.
